This might help analysis.

Install bombed out. It appears that the install attempts to remove 2.1.6, but that step fails due to a resource not found: C:\ProgramData\Package Cache{19D12628-7654-4354-A305-9AB0B33A5677}v2.1.6.0\ I attempted a repair to the .6 installation. That too fails, or is bothered by Norton that indicates a trojan. My 2.1.6 install still works, so I still have this need program, but I'd like to move to current release. Is there a path for this type of situation? Any further details / screenies required...

Have you checked installer file security properties?? The first time this happens to you it is a bit of a stumper. Hopefully that does the trick. I have used multiple releases of this great app and am looking forward to improvements in 2.1.6.0 Unfortunately despite best efforts I am unable to get the installer to run. Environment is Windows 11 Insider edition. The only trick tha came to mind was running as Administrator. Any suggestions??
