Hi, I'd just like to check that you understand that the two different versions of "Uniqueid" were written by the same program version (and program instance) within seconds of each other. If it was required on the last update then it was required but not updated the time a few seconds earlier. I will look for other (probably similar) bugs next time.

I'm trying to install in "C:\Users\Dennis\AppData\Roaming\Notepad++\plugins\config" (where my other plugin s are). I've tied in a subdirectory as well, and with and without the leading underscore on "_CustomizeToolbar.dll". I'm guess from what I've found (as there seems to be no doco) that when it is installed I should see it under the "Plugins" menubar tab.

My computer was dead yesterday so I just got to try 'c' version, it seems to be working. Note that 'c' is not displayed in Abort or in title bar and a new version is not detected.

Its great that you could reproduce the first issue with "CSI, Vegas - MC scraped original series", hopefully that is an easy fix. As for the second issue, I don't have "Use TVDb API V1" enabled. And by rescrape I mean choose another show from "TV Show Selector". None that I tried including "CSI: Vegas" worked. To get it to "work" I added the 3 ids to the .nfo file and restarted MC (and/or reloaded from .nfo, can't remember for sure)..

The same error message gets displayed over and over if you close it. I have to use task manager to kill it. This behaviour should be stopped, if it fails in startup it is probably dead or at least should terminate initialization.

It happened today on MC v3.7.5.5 but with "match this show as watched". I have attached a zip containing the files, the contents of which don't differ (so nothing was missing)

Correction, F5 shows progress in the status bar F7 doesn't, it takes ages but it wasn't a hang.

Thanks for the help, looks like BitDefender firewalled MC recently for some reason, and actually thinking about it more, the reason I installed the new version was that the EXE had disappeared so maybe it failed an AV scan? BD seems happy enough with it at the moment.... F5 does a lot more than look for unscraped series, F7 seems to hang MC, either way I don't think people should be left in the lurch and have to know what to do...

The log doesn't show the error code that is in the popup, if it doesn't mean anything it shouldn't be displayed, if it means something where do I look for it? Apart from that I'd like to suggest all error messages should be logged in "error.log"... I'm using BitDefender, I have turned it off, restarted NAPS 2 and it still fails. The Epson Scanner works also, so far it's only NAPS2 that fails to scan. Is it working for anyone on Windows 11? Your response suggests not. If I am to investigate for you...

I've used the same settings dir for probably 10 or more years but I now tried "D:\TMP\xxxx", this made no change, to my sessions problem or the ability to download it's plugin.

Same here on JE 5.5.0, Windows 10 & Windows 11 on many versions of the latest 1.8 JREs. On JE 5.6 (needs JRE 11) it gets worse, the plugin doesn't work at all. JRE 11 + JE 5.5.0 works with just be bug the op reported. It is also not just visual (None), the session is not active, if you add a file before switching to the session Name that should have been restored that file will be lost from sessions memory.

OK I'm now using java 11 version above with JE 5.5 and sessions now works so it looks like the Java 11 I have is OK and this is a JEDIT 5.6 bug

I have now used the open "jdk-11.0.2" from the archive. I updated from JE 5.5 because of a minor problem with the latest version of the session plugin, that plugin no longer works at all under JE 5.6 with this JDK

This has only happened once so lets call it an intermittent bug... As far as I know there is no actual log with more information on MC activity that I can provide, let me know if I'm wrong.

I have Windows Pro N installed, from Microsoft. I built my own computer. I installed WIN10 from Microsoft (online). I recently updated it from Microsoft's site as I wasn't getting feature updates only security ones. Fixing Windows didn't fix whatever my "Other Devices" issue is. I have now disabled them and I'll see if I notice anything not working...

I have 4 x Devices Requires a driver but it wasn't found in Driver Packs (for example FLOW: BTHENUM{fafbdd20-83f0-4389-addf-917ac9dae5b2}) and many others where the "Device is working properly but no driver is found in driver packs" I have attached an image and a log which appears to log this information. Is this a bug as it appears or something I can do something about? If the later is there some documentation that explains this app (that tends to be pretty cryptic)?

I suspect its you who are confused about envvars vs place holders or you supplied the wrong link earlier because it was for envvars. In any case it's not a config file but data that is stored in the local directory and although the config and instructions imply you can change it (other than what I've put into the plugin bug report) you can't (or if you can the mechanism is not typical or obvious). Also, I can't be the only one who doesn't like all sorts of garbage sprinked in together, and that goes...

OK, it sounds like you are saying that the plugin should be able to know it's portable and not save to "local" or any other directory outside of the tree that begins with the folder containing "keepass.exe". That makes it a plugin bug. I don't know why there wouldn't be an API to request the name of the "keypass" data directory, but whatever. I'm using the ".zip" from the official keepass page.

I don't know, if it works it works. That was only updated "April 2nd 2020". I have a copy of it which I manually installed (it wasn't on a repository), I'd try the other and I can provide my copy if that fails. I'm interested in the results, I won't have time to try the new version for ages.

At least you fixed a bug :-) A common MC theme seems to be duplicating code in multiple places: It works when marking an episode watched It fails when a .NFO is read when the episode is loaded and the watched state changes.

Options to sort the TV series by updates or created time would probably work better. If not sorting: Maybe an "updated/created today" radio button would solve a lot of these issues. A "recent" (7 days?) one might also be nice. In a filter" I would want a "contains" search, not a "starts with". I've just tried movies and it is...
