Had an issue and had to reinstall my ticket printer. Same printer, clean install. Now my ticket margins are off the left side several characters. Can someone point me to the spot in printer.ticket (or elsewhere) where this is controlled? I am sure it's there, just not seeing where. Thanks in advance Dave

You did not understand my question. Allow me to rephrase it. I am trying to override a default behavior. How do I reference the values in the Customer file? Ticket.getCustomer returns the current customer name. How can I access ANY customer name programmatically? Let's say that for whatever stupid reason, I want to have the 3rd name in the Customer file printed on the ticket. How would I reference that in the ticket code? Dave

printer.ticket seeks out the customer name in ticket.getCustomer If I wanted to force this to always print Customer X, how would I do that? Customer X would be a variable value loaded in the Customers file. How do you reference a particular entry in the Customer data array? Dave

I am able to control the display of most of the buttons at the top of the screen using ticket.buttons. However, there are several missing from the default file. How do I turn OFF buttons Split Sale, Remote Printer, and Quick Logoff? Thanks Unicenta 4.6.1

This is a new behavior that started with the update from 4.3.2 to 4.6.1 When you create a Sales Ticket and click on the Find Customer icon (2nd from left on top) you now get a popup "Add Customer to this ticket?" Previously it went directly to Find. How do we eliminate the popup, and immediately move to the Find screen? Dave

Thank you. Yes, logged in as Administrator and the Total Discount % is greyed out. If I uncomment linediscount, I also get the % for Line Discount, and it is also greyed out script.totaldiscount exists and is unchanged. This behavior did not begin until last week when I upgraded to 4.6.1
