Where did you read his statement? I'm curious why a small size increase to files would be a concern.

I've seen UACs with Igor Pavlov as the publisher... so I wonder what's the problem now? I just installed 7-zip to open a .7z file, and the UAC said Unknown Publisher. If it's so easy for Pavlov to get the signature through PGP, I don't know why he doesn't do it. I almost avoided installing the program, and ended up posting here too when we shouldn't have to worry about it.
