Thanks for the reply. I reinstalled to a backup HDD and put Ubuntu on my main drive. And I turned off updates so I don't have to worry about breaking dependicies.

Wow, two days, a bunch of views and no one responded. Not to worry, I solved the problem myself by uninstalling Dragon OS.

New user install yesterday and update manager shows "casper" update held back. Is it safe to force an update or should I wait it out? LXQt version 1.4.0 This of course inhibits Discover from launching as I found out.
