Actually it looks like it's just replacing the last line. This is the full greeting from the upstream server: 220-xxxxx.exmaple.com ESMTP Exim 4.93 #2 Mon, 08 Mar 2021 07:59:39 +0100 220-We do not authorize the use of this system to transport unsolicited, 220 and/or bulk e-mail. AFAIK this is the standard greeting for a cPanel Exim server. I expected the ASSP "override" greeting to replace the entire greeting, not just the last line.
