Hi Pasi, I was wondering if you would be able to help me understand one of the modules in LepAnchor, FitStepFunction, which doesn't seem to have much documentation at the moment. I have produced a set of maps using OrderMarkers2 and used the 'calculateIntervals' flag to generate an intervals file. However, when I try to run this module using the outputs of OrderMarkers2, there seems to be something wrong with my map file input. I can't find any discussion or anything about this module so I wanted...
