Thank you, does the screen shot that I am uploading look correct for the first option with selecting the low shelf filter & high shelf filter?

I am a new user for Equalizer APO & Peace Equalizer. I have tinnitus and it seems to have gotten worse with attending virtual meetings all day (working from home). I had my hearing check and one of the things she indicated was I could try to restrict the sounds between 2000 & 4000 Khz (eliminate anything above 4000 Khz and below 2000 Khz). Is there any information on how to accomplish something like this in Peace?

Thank you. I am familiar with basic equalizers (trebel & bass) but there are a lot more options and configurations that I never dealt with. I will try your suggestions and see how that goes . I still welcome configurations if anyone has any to share.

I have tinnitus and am on all day virtual meetings which has caused the tinnitus to get worse. I downloaded Equalizer APO and Peace but I am a bit overwhelmed by all of the settings. Could someone recommend settings or share a configuration file that would be good for low volumes with low treble? I have also been expirementing with speakers. I can connect to my Pioneer AV or my Sonos via bluetooth. Thank you -C
