See Bug 1594. Sadly this issues are known for quite some time now, and no improvements ever since... Use Version 3.46.1, thats the last version that is working as expected on HighDPI-Screens, after adjusting the font-sizes.

Bugs #1595 and #1592 describe the same issues.
These Problems still aren't fixed in 3.67. I spent some time to try to get 3.67 somehow to work, but it isn't possible. With Display-Override Settings (see MrMe's Post) set to ''Scaling performed by' set to 'Application" it would look good, but Password Safe then always writes the wrong data into the cfg-file, so that on next use the PW-Safe Windows is twice as big as before (or most likely scaled by the scale-factor). So this also is unusable. Still rolling back to 3.64.1 :(
Windows 10 x64 HighDPI-Monitor: yes Resolution: 3840x2160 Scaling: 175% I see no point in playing with Application-Display-Setting, when everything worked fine in 3.64. Something was broken in 3.65 thats why its a regression and the best fix is to fix whats broken not to work around. Window-Size and position not having been saved is a complete nogo, so those settings are not an option.
