Is it possible to restart the audio service without opening PeaceUI in administrator mode? The configurator.exe shortcut seems to fire up a UAC prompt just fine, why can't the Restart Audio service do that?

Thank you, this is very thorough One thing that I might do as a best practice is always plug in my device to the same USB port. Microsoft is a big fail for their sound card settings. On some USB devices, I can't even adjust L/R Balance. This is a glaring omission for people with hearing problems/accessibility.

Is it possible I can enable the EQ for new USB devices , or when I change USB port for the same device? (without rebooting). This is a problem for both USB and Bluetooth devices (pairing omg)
