Hello, Thank you for you help. Best regards, Clément
Hello, Thanks for the response. We have downsampled data to 11Hz, filtered using adapdative smoothing and performed CDA analysis. Then, we exported Z-score Event-related with +1s / +6s window and 0.05 µS treshold. In the attachement, you find an example of our data. If i may, i would like to ask you : can i use Z-score to compare two groups ? I have read that Z-score could be useful to reduce within-subject variability, but can i use it to compare two groups ? Thank you for your consideration on...
Hello, We recently did an experiment where users were exposed to 'stressful' and 'neutral' images before (pre-test) and after (post-test) an experimental condition. In order to do within-subject comparison, we used z-score event-related. However, when we are looking at the exported data, there is something that we dont understand. We have some images that have nSCR > 0 but Latency = NaN. Since nSCR is the number of significant (above-threshold) SCRs within response window, there should be a latency...
Hello, Thank you very much for your quick reply Mathias! Best regards, Clément
Hello, I am new to EDA analysis and i would like to compare EDA data between conditions. We want to assess the calming effect of a device that delivers vibrotactile stimulation. So we did a pré/post experimental design where in the "pré-test/post-test" conditions, subjects have seen 2 types of images, stressfull ones and relaxing ones and also nothing (black screen) for 6 seconds. We have defined events for each images and blackscreen in order to compute Event-related activation. I have the following...
