I do that because I optimize the image in steps. I just add the new extension so it's easy to get a grasp of the whole "chain" when debugging The file could also be something like: file.pdf.png.tif

in the .png.png file I think I run it through opencv and do some optimization before OCR

I only had one putty terminal open But it works now :)
