Get this - I decided to try my Arctis 7 again after uninstalling the SteelSeries software and the 7 worked! The weird thing is that the Arctis Pro Wireless still does not I'm guessing it has something to do with the transmitter that comes with the Pro Wireless. You're the best! I will make sure to try each and every possible solution again just to be sure, including uninstalling the Steelseries software. If any of that works, I will update here for future users. One last question if that's ok, is there a way for me to contact Mr. Thedering or does he frequent here? I don't want to be a pain, but if he has other solutions or if I can give feedback on his product, that would be great!

Hi Peter - Thank you so much for taking the time to answer my post. I know the abilities of Equalizer and Peace and it's frustrating not being able to get them to work! To answer your questions - 1) Yes, I have tried unchecking all the 'Use Original APO' boxes. I've attempted to do it both ways. 2) Yes, I did uncheck the 'Disable all Enhancements.' Update - I read this post and this post, but with no luck. After restarting my computer, I also did not get any log file from the trace. I've attached a screen shot of where things stand. The only thing I have not tried is the pre-mix/post-mis install APO toggle because the post mentioned it was dealing with DTS issues. Thanks again for any help and I'm happy to send whatever else might be useful.

Hello, I cannot get Equalizer APO and Peace Equalizer to work for the life of me. I have searched everywhere and tried all the solutions I can find. I have both programs installed, and when I open Peace, play music, and then adjust the pre-amp slider, nothing happens at all. I have checked all devices in the configurator to ensure they are installed. I have tried individually selecting my device while in the Peace interface.
