Hi, I new in this forum, and trying to capture data from GE anesthetic machine Aisys. I connected the serial cable 15pin -> 9 pin (F) and then connect to the USB- serial converter to my computer. However, after I choose the COM displayed in the VSCapturewave program , there was no signal in the window. I am not sure whether the cable connection is correct? or any step that I missed.
