Meshlab Server expert sought to improve upon a project. The task is to optimize a ready Meshlab Server script which merges two vertex colored meshes and exports the new geometry as an OBJ file with a texture map. Optimization includes scaling, orientation in Global/World space, removal of unnecessary planes/faces, and converting high-poly to low-poly while preserving details/colors in the texture map.
