Hi, Shim can also be named BOOTX64.EFI (this is its default name in /boot in shim 15.8), so here is a small patch to add this name to refind-install.

I agree with you, I don't like the status quo either. which is everywhere, while the "standard" way of doing things is not. That's why I tried to avoid it rather than replace it, and I did this only to be prepared in case mainstream distributions start dropping it. Thank you for applying the patch.
