DWSIM - Open Source Process Simulator
For anyone else struggling with this I got this to work via Intune - Installing in the User context, not system and manually setting the directory to be outside of the user dir. Install command DWSIM.exe /S /D=C:\DWSIM Uninstall command C:\DWSIM\uninst.exe /S
