I'm having this same problem too, and it's only just started. It's happenign on my old computer (where the viewing was fine before) as well as on my new computer. It doesn't seem to be related to the OS. I think it may be related to OneDrive, because every single file that I uploaded to OneDrive, and the re-downloaded, is pixellated to the point I can barely read the file, whereas files that I have always kept on my home laptop are still crystal clear. @Christiaan, would it help if others of us submitted...

Hi Christiaan, Thank you for your response. Is there a way to do this in bulk? I have possibly hundreds of documents I’ve annotated over the years. It’s obviously not feasible to do either of those suggestions if I have to do it one by one. Is there not some way to create a system that syncs those external notes files?
