    I can't sync the mobile app with Data Crow on my netbook. When I try to log in, I get the message: “Connection failed. Could not connect to the Data Crow server. Please scan the QR code again.” Then I try to scan the QR code found under Tools/Synchronization Service, and I get the message: “Error. Server unreachable.”
