I use a Yamaha MG10XU a mixer with USB output using the supplied Steinberg low latency driver. The mixer gives you: 10-Channel Mixing Console. In my case, the clicks and dropouts that I hear "occasionally" are definitely caused by activity on my PC, especially when it involves audio/video. For example, if I bring up a page from Ultimate Guitar while playing and a video displays in the bottom corner the clicking begins. On my Linux client, moving a window on the screen cause clicks and dropouts.

I used an MG10XU as well. Check these settings. 1) The USB channels are 9 and 10. Make sure the level is turned up on those channel and pan is centered. 2) Make sure the FX for 9 and 10 is turned all the way down or you will loop back to the other jammers. 3) To Mon/St switch must be UP 4) Stereo Mute switch Down 5) Plug into Headphone Jack. 6) Turn stereo Level UP You will be hearing ONLY the audio returned from Jamulus so you must be connected to a server and your slider must be turned up. Mute...

That your "logic" is running at 44.1 Khz caught my attention because there was a time when we that would not work at all. See this discussion which comments on Jamulus treating the audio frames as 48 kHz where as the driver treated them as 44.1 kHz https://sourceforge.net/p/llcon/discussion/533517/thread/706abc35cb/ Can one of the developers comment on whether 44.1Khz is expected to work? Did that capability come along with the smaller buffer sizes?

I have Jamulus running on Ubuntu Studio and use Jack Audio (qjackctl). If I disconnect my USB audio interface I lose mouse and keyboard control. A reboot is the only way I know to recover. Is anyone aware of how to avoid this?

Regarding #2. "Some participants cannot be heard by all participants - but they can be heard by some." Last night, some of us could only hear one of our members in one ear. Others could hear him in both ears. I had to just touch his already centered pan knob (barely turned it if at all) before I could hear him in both ears. Both he and I were set to stereo and he was driving both channels with stereo mics in his zoom H2n interface. If he were only driving the channel that I could not hear, I would...
