Similar issue, here. Use the zip 2.58 in Mint 22, extracted / copied to /opt/KeePass. Same method for yrs. Also copy "KeePass.config.enforced.xml" from last used vers. to the newest. Thanks. yes, but KeePass has some features not in KeePassXC. AFAICT, the written user docs for KeePass are also more extensive than * XC. That's important, cause even w/ KeePass' documentation, there are still lots of unanswered questions. Don't know for a fact, but the dev(s) / maintainers of * XC may not have the security field background & experience as Dominik. This isn't just some screen capture app we're talking about.

Can you live with the problem? Well... I since found (sub-menus popping up too fast) affects other items, so it's bigger than one item. Never noticed a problem w/ sub-menus opening lightening quick, as move pointer down main menu list. Maybe a recent (unintended) Mono change? Always kept KP's UI at lower, right of monitor.
