I am having the latest Versions installed with all updates available. For Windows: Win 11 Home 23H2 and VeraCrypt 1.26.15 Ubuntu: 24.04.1 and VeraCrypt 1.26.14 For both, it is the installed version of VeraCrypt, not the portable. Recently I had VeraCrypt 1.25.9 installed on both devices, thats when the error first occured. The recent tests were done with the new versions.

I encrypted a drive using a Windows PC and copied data on it. The files are in various sizes, but mostly between 3 and 5GB. It works perfectly on my windows machine, but using it with my second PC (Ubuntu), I get a lot of problems. Mounting and reading from the volume works fine, but when I want to copy files, something weird happens: The PC gets stuck for a while and nothing happens anymore.
