I have audio enhancements turned on and exclusive mode turned off, i added the device thing but it still doesnt work, i checked on audacity and other apps

Hi, i have this problem i added effects on equalizer apo and it doesnt affect my mic in any way (even if i used the basic ones builded into the app) i tried to: Reinstall switch to older version troubleshoot as LFX/GFX , SFX/MFX , SFX/EFX use other mic i added attachments below so it will be easier to tell if i have something wrong.
