Hi Gary, I don't see any missed calls or texts. Periodically a text will not come through, but not often. Perhaps that is the problem. I am back at work today (Wednesday). If there is a time to connect over the weekend, then let me know. I appreciate your assistance. Hi Gary, Thank you for reaching out. I unfortunately have not been able to sync with Dropbox. I feel like I'm doing something wrong. I see the Sync with Remote Database option, but it is greyed out. Hi Adrian, Thank you for your response. I am able to direct UPM to a local file on my computer - upm.db. I downloaded it from Dropbox, and went into Options, under the General tab - Database To Load On Startup, and typed in the path here. However, my question is, is there a way to sync with Dropbox and have UPM grab the most up to date upm.db file from Dropbox? I see there is a Sync with Remote Database option, but it is greyed out. This is my question and I'm not understanding how to do this. Thank...
Hello All, I finally got UPM and Java figured out on my Windows 11 laptop. Now, what is the next step to linking with Dropbox. When I open UPM everything is grayed out, except for, New Database, Open Database, Open Database From URL, and Exit. Thank you for your help! Hi Kim, I agree with your comments. I'm super thrilled about this. I was dreading getting a new phone and having to contend with moving everything to a different app. It would have taken, FOREVER! Besides, I just love the simplicity of the app, it's amazing! I'll be getting my S26 in March, so I'm excited to see how everything works. Take care! Adrian, this is great news! I'm thrilled! I'm so excited to not have to change apps. This will save me countless hours. Thank you so much for you time and effort!!! I can see the update in the Play Store, so I assume it will be there when I get my new phone. One little mention is that in the, About App section, there is still a note saying the following - 'NOTE: UPM is no longer actively developed or supported. It's being left here so existing users can continue using it but new users are encouraged...
Hello, and thank you for the response. I am referring to UPM not being functional or even available in the Google Play Store (USA). In fact, I just searched for it on a friend's Samsung Galaxy S25 and I couldn't find it. Another friend found it in the Play Store on their Galaxy, but it wasn't compatible with their version of Android. Their phone is also an Galaxy S25. When I purchase my new Galaxy S26 in March, I'm concerned it won't be in the Google Play Store. I hope that clarifies my question....
