This is an old thread, but for anyone that comes across it, here are some more details I've discovered to use this (highly appreciated) feature. My specifics: CalDav Synchronizer 3.0.0 Outlook version 14.0.7194.5000 * Customized contact form message class: IPM.Contact.Customized I didn't see an option to allow customized classes.
