Winux Fresh Install onto a dedicated partition, dual booting with Windows 11. [-img src=devmgr.png alt=Device Manager: missing =-] I have tested Ubuntu 24.04 and 26.04, along With Debain 12 and 13. All have worked on this PC without any sound issues. I installed Winux 11 from USB onto a 250 gb blank partition. Logged in, updated it and have been trying it out. But I have no sound coming from my built in PC speakers via the HDMI cable. Sound is playing through the small speaker in the HP instead....
