So, if I set the layout switch shortcut to smth else(alt+shift), neither ctrl+shift nor alt+shift causes the bug. As I mentioned earlier, I've got that installed: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/xorg-server-bug865 Not sure if this helps. And there's no accelerator for ctrl+shift.
