Hi Steve Sounds more likely the window belongs to an elevated process, i.e. one that is running with Administrator privileges, and you are not running VW elevated so it doesn't have the access rights to hide the window. Its only guess but hopefully you know if you are running VirtuaWin elevated. If you aren't or your not sure, try exiting VW and then right click on your normal VW launch icon and select 'Run as administrator' - does VW now managed to hide the window?
