I'm using Windows 8 and a lot of native apps don't have proper rule-"hooks".
Example, in IE10, As seen in the screen shot, the fields Window Name and Process Name are blank.
This is not a bug, or has anything to do with Windows 8. These hooks are defaults in VirtuaWin and are meant to be without process name or title matching.
If one fills only one of the fields, then only that info is used in the filtering.
Believe this is the same issue as second half of #221, the fix submitted for that bug should also fix this.
I have just submitted a fix, it would be helpful if you are able to build the latest version and verify this issue is now resolve. If not we may create a beta release.
