Initial commit
The Coco3FPGA build is "exclusively" for the Coco3FPGA and supports the unit's SD card, RTC (real time clock), 8 meg ramdisk and a few other features which cannot be done on a real Coco 3 (or emulator for that matter). It's also in prepreation for upcoming enhancements to graphics drivers, hires joysticks, wifi, and memory management which are also exclusive to the Coco3FPGA. Boisy, as Tormod mentioned, you need to "update" after the "pull". Try "hg pull -u" That will make your repo current, then apply your changes. I do this every session before I start any patches just to make sure I'm up to date and not patching an out of date repo. Added build for making blank disks and VHDs. Modified root makefile to reflect the changes
