Maybe MediaInfo got corrupted during an update or after a Windows update (the behaviour of File Explorer was changed a few months back, maybe that's when my problems started, I don't remember). Yes I was using the latest version. MediaInfo doesn't crash, it is File Explorer that crashes. But what makes File Explorer crash is the shell extension of MediaInfo. Since uninstalling MediaInfo I have no more problem. You probably need a folder with more than 1 OPUS file in it, the last Explorer crash on my computer happened with 5 files.
