So, I may have just made a big mistake. I'm quite familiar with VeraCrypt, have been using it for >10 years. I have an 8TB HDD that has full disk encryption, which is getting a bit old now so I decided I would buy 3 HDDs to setup RAID 5 and replace this older HDD. So, a total of 4x 8TB HDDs. Unfortunately, when I was going through the process of creating a pool / storage space in Windows, stupid Windows decided not to use one of my new HDDs to create the pool, and instead used my old 8 TB along with...
