Thanks again XtraDeb team for making this available in the XtraDeb PPA, it is so much easier to install in on Ubuntu and Ubuntu based distros now. I installed it in Linux Mint, after adding Xtradeb PPA, using sudo apt install lac and it works.

Xtradeb has LAC for Ubuntu, which also installs fine on Linux Mint. Xtradeb is a ppa that has many newer versions of various software for ubuntu than those that are in the standard ubuntu repositories. To install the ppa see: https://xtradeb.net/wiki/how-to-install-applications-from-this-web-site/ After installing the ppa, run "sudo apt update", then "sudo apt install lac" in a terminal to install Linux Air Combat on Linux Mint. Tested to work on Linux Mint 21.3 in June 2024.
