since i start using veracrypt my data transfer speed had been decreasing. i'm formatting my drives as a volume within a partition/drive, standard Veracrypt Volume and my encryption is AES and my algorithim is SHA-512. is this ok? i'm using SSD or HDD and the speed is always slow my drives are formatted mac OSX. what is the best setup? i'm transfering CF 2.0 usb3 to thunderboldt 2. tks martin.
