Thank you that is really helpful.
I have some AFM images I'm trying to find patterns in. Mainly, I want to make new images with different parameters like slope at each pixel or other functions, with the goal of finding the spatial variations and patterns. I know how to get a distribution of these values, but I'm unsure if there is a way to visualize how these properties vary across the surface to help with finding patterns. Thank you.
I am curious if it is possible to adjust the range chosen in the nonlinear adaptive coloring. I didn't see anything that seemed relevant in pygwy. Sometimes it will highlight ranges that are irrelevant. Thank you
I ended up writing my own code for this. Hopefully it wasn't a waste of time and maybe it will be a good inclusion to future versions.
Hello, I was looking through the documentation and I was wondering if there was a method for taking values within a range in a datafield and finding the location in pixels for each value. What I'm trying to do is use a force map and take values of adhesion and deformation within a given range and correlate the pixel locations to the individual force curves because we have some interesting patterns and I want to do machine learning on each curve. Thank you
Hello, I was wondering what type of filtering the program uses for individual force curve under this box. Thank you
Another question about pygwy, I have been looking through the documentation but couldn't find a method for extracting the values at a given set of coordinates. Is this feature available? I could probably figure it out myself. Thank you
