Dear Dennis , Please how can i setup a workflow for payroll. i.e if a payroll month is created and and payroll has been generated we that month to go through the workflow . eg from Hr to Account and then to MD. i see how workflow can be configured for tasks like leave and advance but payroll process seems to be missing . and i also see that one can request for approval after payroll has been generated but it just say 'Application for approval', this does not move to the next stage probably bcos no...

Please Denis how can i add bank account column to the pay roll grid attached so that it will be easy to send to core banking for processing

Thanks , i was able to acieve the above by checking the checkbox for in_payroll for those i want to be in payroll and for those that i checked not to be in payroll appears in payslip report but they are not part of payroll calculations and just as you have said a seperate report will perfect it.

is it possible while paying payroll two times , to first pay basic and deductions and the secontime pay allowances only without the basic , this is how my company pays . can this be achive ? please a guide
