I'm using h5 Viewer to validate my measured data when testing the write drivers that i build for my application, and for a long time I only created single waveform h5 files or files with a double and a timestamp. This never gave me any issues, but now that our project is evolving and we are using more datatypes, we are experiencing weird behavior. so in the first image attached for each value inserted I've bundled a double value and a timestamp, which looks just fine. but in the second image I've...

We've just upgraded from v2.14 to v2.15 from VIPM, but for some reason our code to write double waveforms to the file does not work anymore from this version. The error we are getting is: Error 1097 occurred at Call Library Function Node in H5D.lvlib:H5Dappend.vi->HDF5File.lvclass:AppendWaveformToChannel.vi:3260001->DataLogger_HDF5.lvclass:WriteChannelData.vi:6670001->HDF5DataloggerTestWfm.vi Possible reason(s): LabVIEW: (Hex 0x449) An exception occurred within the external code called by a Call...

Hi, First of all I need to say we love your toolkit and we use it all the time. So during one of our projects we encountered a hard crash of LabVIEW and we could only investigate this by checking the DMP file LabVIEW creates when a crash happens. The DMP file brought us to the H5LVget_variant_dims function, and after isolating the stuff we were doing, we found out that trying to append an empty array is causing the issue, see the image attached. the thing is, we only see this crash on Intel based...
