Hi Steven. Unfortunately the same thing is happening again with 3.3.0-33 as well as 20251017-questing. I know I am using Clonezilla on a older server (IBM x3650), but I'd prefer to use the latest and greatest version of Clonezilla with it and not have to keep multiple versions on my iPXE server. But I suppose some day I will have no choice. :-(

Hi Steven. I was able to test today, and this does fix my problem... the firmware for my Broadcom card loads and I am able to access the network. Thanks very much!

Greetings. Using the latest alternate stable version of Clonezilla Live (2024-04-08-noble), my Broadcom network card no longer works because the bnx2 firmware files appear to be missing. So what I want to know is why is it that F1 with the Poker cartridge does not work in Vice directly, but the exact same cartridge image DOES work with F1 when using the "VICE xvic (3.5 5a18264)" core under RetroArch 1.11.1?

I believe so, unless anyone else has any objections.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to this. I had a chance to test out WinVICE 3.5 recently, and the noise generator randomness now behaves exactly like my real VIC-20. There is another minor issue that I will record sound samples of VICE and my real VIC-20 to demonstrate, but it probably should have a new issue opened up for it as I don't think it involves the noise generator, but has to do more with randomness of the three other tone generators when they play together.
