Using your values for twin checking, Scid explicitly warns about potentially non-twin games being marked as such. Your settings for finding twin games are potentially likely to cause non-twin games with similar moves to be marked as twins. It is recommended that you specify "Yes" for at least two of the "same site", "same round" and "same year" settings.
