After update to 03.23.103.00 64 bit, the issue seems to go opposite. Now it will enlarge after the other monitor plug in, and restore to original size after monitor plug off. The window also moves when monitor changes. I recorded this change as an attachment. Both two monitors have same screen resolution, 1920x1080.

Ditto 3.22.88 64bit (old version also has this issue) Win 10 1909 x64 Using custom scale 140% on all monitor ( Windows does not allow per monitor scale when using custom scale) When i plugin in a new monitor, Ditto popup window size will shrink. When i plug off the monitor, it shrinks again. It seems when monitor device changes, it calculates window size with scale 100% but not 140%. Only ditto has this issue, other application on the same machine works fine.

I tried your solution, but seems when quick paste window pop up, it can't paste into previous activated windows. It seems that when AHK start ditto.exe, it loses focus.
