SCRIPT_FILENAME C:/AppServ/www/iTop/web/setup/phpinfo.php In this folder C:/AppServ/www/iTop/web/setup/ the file cron.cmd is not located. I found cron.cmd file in this location "C:\AppServ\www\iTop\web\webservices\cron.cmd" I created the task in the windows scheduller using this command: schtasks.exe /create /sc minute /mo 5 /tn "iTop CRON" /tr "\"C:\AppServ\www\iTop\web\webservices\cron.cmd\"" But it didn´t work, i mean, the connecton...

Jeffrey, Thanks for your help... The system is installed in Windows 7 (Desktop)... Do you know where i can find the steps to configure the cron job in Windows or the location of cron.cmd?

Hi, I installed this extention to iTop (https://store.itophub.io/en_US/products/combodo-mail-to-ticket-automation) , the connecton to the gmail inbox is established, but is not creating the ticket automatically. Any idea to solve this issue? note: see the image attached
