Hi, Today i tried to import incident tickets to my old server. I've used the template fromiTop but it failed. When the import run, it says that i use wrong date format. I've tried to change the format (using spreadsheets) but still no luck. Could someone help me? Thanks

Hi, I facing the same error here, after i upgrade iTop from 2.3 to 2.5. I didn't change filter on any files...it comes when i finished upgrade. The error come when an user (not admin) logged in and create incident ticket. Any workarround for this issue will appreciate. Aulia

Hi, Today i've tried to install new instance of iTOP 2.5.0 using php5. But as we know, it needs minimum PHP5.6 which therefor i upgrade to 5.6. At the first, the setup page run normally and show that i have to upgrade the php to 5.6. But when i upgrade php to 5.6 the setup page going blank. Did i miss something? I also had blank setup page with php7.0 running on new server. (Ubuntu 14.04.3 64bit, apache2.4, PHP7.0, mariadb-server) Could somebody help me? Thanks before. Aulia

Hi all, I found this issue with my (large) itop data. So i had running my itop server for about 1 year and its run well. Since then, i need to backup my itop data, at the first it run normal with acceptable time. But now it taking too long to backup. Today i did my manual backup at 12.00 AM and until this post, it's still backuping. The backup file is stuck at ~600Mb zipped file. Does anyone in can help me for this 'issue' ? Or is it normal that the manual backup take about 6-12 hours ?? Thank you...
