Update map 3 of world 5

update maps 1 and 2 for world 5 (rick2)

remove all graphic filter flags by default

add support fot property object (trigger and switch); update maps for rick1 with tile objects and trigger/switch objects, this makes maps easier to understand and change

You add the repository first, just follow the instructions here: https://launchpad.net/~pj-assis/+archive/ubuntu/ppa But has I said, you can just download the packages you need and install them by cd into the download directory and run something like 'sudo dpkg -i *.deb' This wil install all deb packages in the current directory.
