That means that something changed within successive LTS ubuntu's distributions. As I said, with older ubuntu's distributions i got no problem, and I don't unmount any partition before rebooting and/or shutting down It's only with the installed one, 22.04.5 LTS. I'll try once again the cloning process and I'll unmount the ntfs file system before powering off the machine. I hope that will solve the problem. MGG

I mean a software in ubuntu called disks (see screenshot). only Ubuntu is installed on my machine, so i can't use MS windows. it's the first time i encounter this problem. i cloned my same computer several times using clonezilla without any problem MGG
