yess! i face the very same problem but after several hours of mess i finally suceeded to open my SEB........here is the solution open LOCAL DISK C from your laptop and click the folder containing PRGRAMME FILESx86.Then Go te SAFE EXAM BROWSER FILE and open SAFE EXAM BROWSER APPLICATION..from here you will not see the WIZERSHEILD POP-UP...Make an shortcut for desktop and next time make sure to open your Exam file with this desktop shortcut by dragging file........tell me if it was helpful
