I have observed baudrate properly applies to the COM port provided after, as in: D:\Downloads\hub4com>hub4com --route=all:all --baud=115200 //./COM16 //./C1 //./C2 Seeing your ouptut, maybe the baudrate flag may have to be repeated just before every port specified, as in: D:\Downloads\hub4com>hub4com --route=all:all --baud=115200 //./COM16 --baud=115200 //./C1 --baud=115200 //./C2
