You shouldn't need admin privileges to use a standalone .exe file, that's not installing.

The installer, to my knowledge, requires admin privileges to run. But the non-admin-privileges-requiring-standalone version is zipped in .7z. How am I to unzip it without already having 7zip? Why not just offer a .zip version of the standalone CLI?
