Hello Guillaume, I cannot really explain what was the issue ... The issue was present on iTop version 2.6 but not on the 2.7. I identify that the issue was around the declaration on a specific brick: <fields> <field id="title"/> <field id="start_date"/> <field id="status"/> <field id="service_id"/> <field id="servicesubcategory_id"/> <field id="priority"/> <field id="caller_id"/> </fields> The exact same declaration was working on an other brick. Dear all, We are currently "developping" new portals instances for specific customer + provider/external support teams, and I'm wondering how to restrict access to a specific portal for a user ? We guess we need to create a new profile, but we were not able to find in the documentation how to setup this restriction on a specific portal.
