Hi Dr. Dien, I am using the EP Toolkit to analyze data between two within-subject feedback conditions across three time points. Participants were also assigned one of two between-subject intervention conditions. We have a significant amount of missing data due to people dropping out of the study before completing all sessions, and I'm seeing in the windowed files for the ANOVA that there are 0s filled in for missing values.
