I can't extract this file, which is part of the installation for Friendica networking app: https://files.friendi.ca/friendica-full-2021.09.tar.gz I get a message "Can't create symbolic link, required priviledge not held by client" relating to these three files in the archive: \vendor\bin\ uaparser, \vendor\bin\ html-to-markdown, \vendor\bin\ certainly-cent-symlink (or maybe certainly-cert-symlink.) And 7zip hangs at that point. Winzip does't give error messages and does finish. This is Windows 10....
